Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your TEAM Watch, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days after delivery at your expense.

Returns must be in the same condition you received them in, unworn, and in the original packaging. Please send your watch back to the address below with a note containing your name and order number.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received. The refund will be processed back to the payment method you used to make your original purchase. Please understand that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will be made to the payment method originally used. If that has changed, we will only be able to refund in the form of an in-store credit.
