Frequently Asked Questions

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

ARE TEAM WATCHES WATERPROOF?
No, they are not. TEAM Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Which means basically they will repel incidental water contact, like rain. You should not submerse them in water, go swimming or take a shower with them. Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under our warranty.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
YES! TEAM Watches have a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 6 months after the original purchase date. If the watch mechanics don't work properly, and it's not the result of abuse to the watch, we will replace your watch at no charge. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims so please keep your receipt or order number.

WHAT TYPE OF BATTERY IS USED?
The batteries for our watches are SEIKO SR626SW. Sony is also a large manufacturer of the same model of battery.

HOW DO I REPLACE MY BATTERY?
The watch batteries can be found at most electronic/battery stores, as well as most watch repair shops. Any watch repair shop should be able to help you replace the battery.

HOW LARGE IS THE WATCH BAND?
The band size is 25cm x 4.5cm. If your wrist is between 17cm and 24 cm in circumference then the watch should fit.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE WATCH FACE INTO THE BAND?
When you receive your watch selection, you will need to insert the face into the band and remove the thin plastic layer of glass protection. The best way to do this, is to line up the face so that the dial stem is protruding out of the band and then insert the top of the face into the top of the band, then the bottom. The band stretches completely around the face. Once you have inserted, check the back side of the face and stretch the band so it is securely around the back plate. If you notice any “bumps” in the band, near the top or bottom of the front face, then the face is not quite fully seated in the band. You can resolve this by simply pinching with your thumb and fore finger just to the outside of the bumps on the band, towards the center of the face. With a little practice, you’ll be swapping out faces with different bands and taking full advantage of the versatility of our selection.
